Reservations

Golf packages with Kaddyshack Golf Holidays can be booked via e-mail, or contact form and through one of our bonded agents. Packages are flexible and arrivals and departures can be any day of the week, unless otherwise specified before the booking is made. Once your package has been confirmed, they will then require a deposit to secure the booking; on receiving the deposit you will be sent confirmation of your reservation. No package will be confirmed until the deposit has been received.

All packages are charged in euros; any other currency advertised or quoted will be an example of the current exchange rate of the day and is only given as a guide.  All payments and reservations are made with our (bonded Travel Agents) who are - Direct Golf, Well Played Golf, or Golf Breaks.com

After the deposit has been made with our partners. Then they will require the balance no later than 6 weeks prior to arrival. If the booking is made less than 8 weeks prior to arrival the full payment is required. Failure of the balance being paid before the date specified on the deposit confirmation could result in a cancellation and loss of deposit.

Once a booking has been confirmed any changes to the package will have an admin charge of 10 Euros per change. If any changes are made by the client after documents have been issued there will be an additional charge of 50 Euros.

All cancellation must be received via fax or e-mail to our partners. In any event of cancellation the deposit is forfeit; however Direct Golf Holidays/Online Golf Holidays will always try to help the individual or group. Therefore if whenever we receive a refund from a hotel or golf course our policy is to forward it to the client.

We strongly advise that you take out adequate insurance cover.  NEVER TRAVEL WITHOUT INSURANCE. None of our partners or ourselves Kaddyshack Holidays accept no responsibility for any loss, damage or injury.

If in the event, a said hotel or golf course booked is not available for whatever reason, a hotel or course of the same standard will be substituted.

Golf
 
Through our agents we do our best to confirm your requested tee times; however golf courses do reserve the right to alter preferred tee times. If for any reason your requested tee times are not available we will offer the nearest possible alternative. Tee times are based on playing four balls, therefore, depending on the season; you may be paired up with other golfers on the day.

The Spanish Golf Federation levy a charge of approximately 3 euros to all golfers playing in Spain, the majority of courses add this into the green fee. For the few courses that do not, the Caddymaster will charge you locally.

In the event of heavy rainfall it will be the decision of the course to open or close, if the course chooses to open they will expect you to play, therefore if you choose not to; the green fee will not be refunded. If the course chooses to close your tee time will be changed or you will receive a full or part refund.

Handicap certificates are rarely asked to be seen in Spain, but requested more in Portugal; however you must be aware that as a general rule you should carry your certificate, for the more prestigious courses you will be asked to show it.

Dress code is the same as in most countries; soft spikes are required at majority of the courses. 

Liability
 
Kaddyshack Golf or Kaddyshack Holidays Holidays accept no responsibility for and shall not be liable in respect of loss or damage or changes caused by force majeure events (e.g. strikes, fire, flood, closure of airports, weather conditions) and can not be held liable for losses or additional expenses due to delays or changes on flights, or any other event beyond our control.
 
Kaddyshack Golf through our partners reserve the right to cancel any package where these terms and conditions are not met.
