The championship will be launched on the 9th October to 29th October 2011, consisting of 2 tournaments, with this years event helping to promote the championship for 2012. The winning teams of 2011 will also be returning to Pattaya and Jomtien in February 2012 for the first grand final.

Tournament golf package consists off:

Golf Courses
Eastern Star Golf Course was designed and built in 1991 by Robert Trent Jones, Jr., one of the foremost designers of championship golf courses in the world. Set in an old coconut plantation this popular course features wide fairways and hundreds of coconut palms. A magnificent club house, swimming pools & sports club makes this course the first choice for family outings.

This is a local favorite and plays host to several area competitions. The course can play quite long, particularly from the championship blue tees, where the distance is more than 7,100 yards. The signature hole is the fiendishly picturesque par 3 fourth, which lulls players into admiring the scenery, rather than paying attention to their task of playing over water to a heavily bunkered green.

Emerald Golf Club
The Emerald Golf Club since opening under new management in 2006 has done a great job to improve course and playing conditions to international standards. Originally named Ban Chang and then Rayong Century Golf Club the course is set into the mountains just outside Rayong and near to Eastern Star.
The former Century Golf Club is nestled in amongst meandering hillsides and is laid out in a jungle setting. This Pattaya area golf course has some of the most beautifully designed holes on the Eastern Seaboard of Thailand. The 18-hole course is carved through a virgin forest of full-grown trees that make for excellent playing under mature conditions. There are only a few water hazards, but continued undulated and narrow fairways and well placed bunkers as well as some difficult Par 3’s combine to make the Emerald Golf Club a fair test of golfers of all abilities. Driving accuracy, as opposed to distance is the key to scoring well on the Emerald Golf course
A small but charming clubhouse with open-air restaurant provides nice ambiance after the game. While not as famous as some of the other Pattaya golf courses, the excellent conditions along with beautiful scenery make the Emerald Golf Club a good addition to any Pattaya golf package.

The Area:

Jomtien
Jomtien Beach is located about 2 kilometers from south Pattaya. This beach and the area has become more and more popular for swimming, water sports and activities because it has a long straight coastline and there are less boat anchored in the area.
There are many good hotels, bungalows, guest houses and many restaurants. A lot of tourists come to this area and enjoy the scenery and the beach. Chairs are available to sit and to have food and drink, or to go swimming. Water sports such as wind surf, water scooter, para sail, speed boat riding, even water skiing are possible.
The Jomtien Beach has white sand and a very long coastline to enjoy. The beach is more peaceful here.
Along the straight beach road there are so many souvenir shops, restaurants, food stalls, and good sea food restaurants are available, especially at almost the far end of the beach road.
Transportation in Pattaya and Jomtien area is simple. The open pick up cars are running all the time just like mini bus or taxi.
